License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, WaPulse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the WaPulse API and associated software services.

This license is granted solely for your internal business purposes and testing during the beta period.

2. Permitted Uses

You are permitted to:

• Access and use the WaPulse API within your subscription limits
• Integrate the API into your applications and systems
• Use provided SDKs and documentation
• Create derivative works that interact with the API
• Use the service for commercial purposes within your organization

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the API access
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the service to violate any laws or regulations
• Exceed the rate limits or usage quotas of your plan
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Intellectual Property Rights

WaPulse retains all right, title, and interest in and to the WaPulse API, software, documentation, and all related intellectual property. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.

You retain ownership of your data and applications that use our API, provided they comply with this agreement.

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide may be used by WaPulse without obligation or compensation.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the WaPulse API must comply with:

• All applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• WhatsApp Business Policy requirements
• Our Privacy Policy and data handling guidelines
• Industry best practices for data security

6. Support and Updates

WaPulse may provide:

• Technical support as outlined in your subscription plan
• Software updates and improvements
• Security patches and bug fixes
• API version updates with migration guidance

Support is provided on a best-effort basis and may vary by subscription tier.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WAPULSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
• COMPATIBILITY WITH YOUR SYSTEMS

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WAPULSE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you breach any terms of this agreement. WaPulse may also terminate this license at any time with or without cause.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the WaPulse API and delete any downloaded software or documentation.

10. Governing Law

This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration as specified in our Terms of Service.
